My Morning routine

I have decided to do this every morning and i do it with 2lbs weights right now but I hope to one day be able to this with 10lbs weights...do it every morning and feeel the burn!!! :)


This is the jars I was talking about, I found them on Pinterest and thought they were so cute!

Day 1

Hello! My name is Bree and in high school i was a skinny minnie! Since then I have proved the freshman 15 to be a true thing. So one day I was talking with my friend and we decided to FINALLY change that.
so.... starting June 1st we have set a plan:
1. weigh in every Monday
2. I made a "pounds lost" jar and after the weigh in every monday we switch the gems according to what we lost (I will post a picture later)
3. work out together at least 4 times a week
4. eat better, smaller portions
5. drink more water!

and as an incentive, if we reach our goal of 10 lbs this month we will treat ourselves to Ikea!!

so here goes....
